Mushin Cross-Training

Getting in shape can often be a tedious, monotonous task. It can be hard just to find the motivation to get to the gym, much less the motivation to perform an intense workout, once there. With the typical gym structure, it can be overwhelming trying to figure out how all the machines work, what exercises will produce the desired results, and how much of each exercise needs to be done. There can be so many unanswered questions: How should I balance cardio with weight training? How many days a week do I need to work out? Do I have to diet to lose weight? What is the difference between a bulking and a toning workout? On top of all of this, going to the gym and just lifting weights or running on a treadmill over and over again quickly becomes very VERY boring!

At Mushin Training Center, we aim to solve these common problems. Our fitness staff is highly trained and knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all of the perplexing questions that often keep people from reaching their fitness goals. Our fitness classes are designed to be fun, so coming to the gym isn’t a chore. Our staff takes all the guesswork out of working out by designing goal oriented classes. Everything from what exercises will be done to how heavy the weights will be to the timing of each exercise and rest in between are all predetermined. Work outs vary daily to keep from getting monotonous and repetitive, and our top notch trainers include nutrition and athletic performance specialists to help those with diet questions or specific, targeted athletic goals.

Mushin Training Center isn’t just a gym; it is a family. This mindset is what makes our fitness program so effective. Our trainers and members all support each other.
